Truax Hotel, the Annex will be a four-story, apx.
40,000 sq ft building with a high end, full service
health club; the third floor will be a “new age”
executive office space offering combined
memberships with the health club. The top floor is
currently being assessed for either a
membership-based rooftop pool/lunch/dinner
club, or upscale residential units. The health club
and executive space will also be made
available to guests of The Truax Hotel on a pay per use or concierge-level basis, and are in
addition to the free weight room and business
services at the hotel.
