A former Associate Director at Burnham Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego, and then Associate Broker at Colliers International, Steve brings an extensive expertise in land sales, planning and the entitlement process. He also has experience with under-writing commercial loans and acquisitions related to income properties. His history includes:
- Marketed and Sold over $40 Million in leased investment sales
- Represented Developers in the acquisition and disposition of vacant land
- Sourced financing for multiple Hospitality projects
- Assisted in-house appraisers with Land valuations
